Last Name	Your last name may also include suffixes such as Jr., Sr., III, etc. Please look on your receipt to see exactly how your name should be entered.
Order Number	Enter your 10-digit Order Number without spaces or dashes. Look on your receipt for a 10-digit number. For Church portraits, look on the shipping tag. It will start with a 4 or a 5. For Studio portraits, look on the front of your wallet pictures in the border. See the examples below of where Order Numbers can be found.
